Veebilehte tuurio.ee („Veebileht“) haldab Tuuriowholes OÜ, registrikood 17488945 („Tuurio“, „meie“). Veebilehte kasutades nõustud käesolevate kasutustingimustega. Kui sa tingimustega ei nõustu, palume Veebilehte mitte kasutada. Kaupade ostmist reguleerivad eraldi müügitingimused.
1. Üldsätted
1.1. Käesolevad tingimused reguleerivad Veebilehe ja selle sisu kasutamist. Veebileht on mõeldud eelkõige ettevõtjatele (B2B) info saamiseks Tuurio hulgimüügi-, ladustamis- ja logistikateenuste kohta.
1.2. Veebilehe kaudu esitatud päring ei ole siduv tellimus. Leping sõlmitakse eraldi pakkumise kinnitamise või kirjaliku lepingu teel.
2. Veebilehe kasutamine
2.1. Kohustud kasutama Veebilehte heas usus ja kooskõlas kehtivate õigusaktidega.
2.2. Keelatud on: Veebilehe toimimise häirimine või turvameetmetest möödahiilimine; automaatne andmete kogumine (scraping) ilma meie kirjaliku loata; vale või eksitava info esitamine kontaktivormi kaudu; rämpsposti või pahavara levitamine.
2.3. Jätame endale õiguse piirata või lõpetada juurdepääs Veebilehele, kui tingimusi rikutakse.
3. Intellektuaalne omand
3.1. Veebilehe sisu – tekstid, kujundus, logo „Tuurio“, graafika, fotod ja tarkvara – kuulub Tuuriole või on kasutusel litsentsi alusel ning on kaitstud autoriõiguse ja muude intellektuaalomandi õigustega.
3.2. Sisu võib kasutada ainult isiklikuks tutvumiseks. Kopeerimine, levitamine, muutmine või ärilisel eesmärgil kasutamine ilma meie eelneva kirjaliku loata on keelatud.
4. Sisu ja hinnainfo
4.1. Püüame hoida Veebilehe info ajakohase ja täpsena, kuid ei garanteeri selle täielikkust ega veatust. Veebilehel toodud tarneajad, näidisandmed ja kirjeldused on informatiivsed.
4.2. Veebileht ei sisalda siduvaid hinnapakkumisi. Hinnad ja tingimused määratakse kindlaks individuaalses pakkumises või lepingus.
5. Vastutuse piiramine
5.1. Veebilehte pakutakse põhimõttel „nagu on“. Seaduses lubatud ulatuses ei vastuta Tuurio kahju eest, mis tuleneb Veebilehe kasutamisest või kasutamise võimatusest, sh katkestustest, vigadest, pahavarast või kolmandate isikute tegevusest.
5.2. Vastutuse piirang ei kehti tahtluse või raske hooletuse korral ega juhtudel, kus vastutust ei saa seaduse kohaselt piirata.
6. Lingid kolmandatele lehtedele
Veebileht võib sisaldada linke kolmandate osapoolte veebilehtedele (nt äriregister, brauserite abilehed). Me ei kontrolli nende sisu ega vastuta selle eest. Linkide kasutamine toimub sinu omal vastutusel.
7. Isikuandmed ja küpsised
Isikuandmete töötlemist kirjeldab meie privaatsuspoliitika ja küpsiste kasutamist küpsiste poliitika, mis on käesolevate tingimuste lahutamatu osa.
8. Muudatused
Võime tingimusi igal ajal muuta, avaldades uue versiooni Veebilehel koos kehtivuse alguskuupäevaga. Veebilehe kasutamise jätkamine pärast muudatust tähendab uute tingimustega nõustumist.
9. Kohaldatav õigus ja vaidluste lahendamine
9.1. Tingimustele kohaldatakse Eesti Vabariigi õigust.
9.2. Vaidlused püüame lahendada läbirääkimiste teel. Kokkuleppe mittesaavutamisel lahendatakse vaidlus Harju Maakohtus. Tarbijal on õigus pöörduda ka Tarbijakaitse ja Tehnilise Järelevalve Ameti tarbijavaidluste komisjoni poole (ttja.ee) või kasutada EL-i veebipõhist vaidluste lahendamise platvormi (ec.europa.eu/odr).

5. Limitation of liability
